We’re delighted to present our programme for our very first ‘A Week at The Mill’!
Join us for a range of different courses throughout the week from some wonderful tutors in the beautiful setting of Haselbury Mill, near Crewkerne.
We’ll have delicious home-cooked seasonal food, a welcoming atmosphere and a wonderful community of people. It is a week to relax, discover more, connect with others and enhance your learning through this shared experience.

We have wonderful Neighbourhood Stays featuring music history from Gwyn Parry-Jones as he explores music of the roaring 1920s and 30s, Diane Janes investigating fascinating criminal cases of the past and Mark Cottle taking a close look at Plantagenet England.
There are excellent Neighbourhood Workshops from Dr Angie Smith, who is exploring the history and cultural legacy of Barcelona and Tracy Chapman will be leading a Beginners Knitting class. We will also have a fascinating Neighbourhood Lecture from Richard Kay about the history of the British domestic garden.
Stay with us in one of the comfortable bedrooms, join us for the day or simply for lunch - The choice is yours!

THE VENUE
Haselbury Mill is nestled in the Somerset countryside with a meandering river, tranquil lake and 14-acres of glorious gardens. With three historically listed buildings and their Magnificent Tithe barn, it is truly a location steeped in history with a timeless charm.
Most bedrooms are wheelchair accessible, but please do let us know when booking if you do require an accessible room to ensure we make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is plenty of free parking on site.
